What is the cost of the training?
The training is free of charge.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
Yes, each participant receives a lifetime certificate authorizing them to work with Promat or Siniat products (depending on the training topic).
Can I ask questions to the instructor after the sessions?
Both during and after the training, the experts from the Training Center are at your disposal. You can contact them via email or phone for consultations if you have any questions or doubts. You can also ask questions during the training – the instructor connects with participants live and answers their questions at any time.
Will I receive self-study materials after the training?
Training participants gain permanent access to extensive educational materials. Additionally, all participants will be the first to be informed about new products, upcoming training sessions, and new solutions.
When and at what times are the sessions held?
The date is always provided in the training description. For online sessions, each registered participant will receive a link to join the training, and training materials will be provided after the sessions.
How do I sign up for the training?
To sign up for a course, you need to create an account on the CSSIP portal (registration) and then sign up for the selected training.
Is training required to perform protections with Promat products?
Yes. To perform protections with Promat products, training conducted by our company’s employees is necessary.
