General provisions
The CSSIP Promotional Training Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) define the issues related to the organisation of and participation in promotional industry training courses on the products of the SINIAT and/or PROMAT brands offered by the Organiser (hereinafter referred to as the Training).
In order to participate in a Training Course, a person meeting the Participant criteria must create an account on the website www.cssip.pl and apply for participation in the selected Training Course by filling in an appropriate application form through this account and accepting the rules of these Rules. In the case of stationary Training, filling in the application form, agreeing to the newsletter and accepting the Rules may take place before the Training starts if so agreed with the Organiser, without the need to create an account on the website www.cssip.pl.
The purpose of the training is to promote the materials from the Organiser’s offer by providing the Participants with information on the applications and advantages of selected products, as well as to broaden the Participant’s knowledge of the properties, application possibilities and proper installation of these materials.
A detailed programme of individual training courses offered by the Organiser is available on the website www.cssip.pl or directly at the Siniat and Promat Training Centre facility located at 20 Matuszewska Street in Warsaw.
A person of full legal age and full legal capacity may participate in the Training.
The rules of selection of Participants for participation in particular promotional Trainings, types and levels of such Trainings depend on the organisational possibilities and needs of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to introduce limits on participation in individual Trainings, including when they are held online.
A person makes an application via the application form at www.cssip.pl or by contacting the organiser, in which he/she will provide his/her personal and contact details, together with consent to their processing, in order to participate in the training course and consent to receiving the newsletter from the organiser, as well as confirm that he/she has read the Regulations and Privacy Policy and accepts to comply with the rules described therein.
Place and duration of training
CSSiP organises promotional training in the form of:
On-site training at the premises of CSSiP at 20 Matuszewska Street in Warsaw.
The Training Participant will receive details of the application used and how to use it to participate in the Training. The Training Participant will receive details of the application used by the Organiser and how to use it to participate in the Training in an email communication prior to the Training.
Outbound training for organised groups of Participants on terms individually agreed with the Organiser.
The dates of the Online Training and of the planned Open Access Residential Training will be published on the website www.cssip.pl.
The dates of other types of Training will be agreed individually by the Organiser with the entity interested in a particular type of Training.
A standard training session organised at the Siniat and Promat Training Centre lasts from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the subject matter of the issues, the organiser’s organisational capabilities and the needs of the Participants.
The expected duration of the online training will be announced each time the training date is announced on the website www.cssip.pl .
The duration of the off-site training courses and their conditions are agreed with the participants in each case.
Rules for participation in Training
Participants can register their interest in promotional training as follows:
with the Organiser’s representatives, in particular salespeople, technical advisers, product managers employed by the Organiser,
by any other means permitted by the Organiser, e.g. application forms collected at trade events.
Training courses take place when a sufficient number of persons interested in participating in a given training course have gathered (minimum 10 persons) and when a given person has been positively qualified to participate in a promotional training course. As a rule, Trainings are held in Polish. Selected trainings are available in English.
After receiving a proposal for the date of the Training from the Organiser and confirming the eligibility for participation by receiving an email from the Organiser or in telephone contact, the person interested in participating is obliged to confirm his/her participation. In the case of online training, there is no need to confirm participation. In order to participate in the Online Training, it is necessary to connect at the time specified by the Organiser using the link received.
Prior to the start of the on-site and off-site Training, it is required that the Participant confirms his/her attendance at the Training, agrees to the Organiser’s newsletter and the processing of his/her personal data, together with acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by signing the relevant attendance list,unless the Participant has already done the aforementioned within the application form.
As part of the training, Participants will gain:
The right to participate in all parts of the Training in accordance with the Training programme, subject to their compliance with the Rules.
Certificate confirming participation in the Training, unless it is agreed with the Organiser that the Participants of a given Training are not interested in receiving it.
The organiser reserves the right to change the date of the promotional training or to cancel it, and undertakes to inform all registered persons of this situation as far in advance as possible.
In order to ensure safety, persons taking part in the residential and outbound Training Courses undertake to strictly comply with health and safety rules and other guidelines provided to them by the Organiser, including in particular the rules indicated in the health and safety leaflet, and undertake to use personal protective equipment to the full extent prescribed by the Organiser.
Participants, during the Training and while on the CSSiP premises, undertake to comply with the absolute prohibition on taking photographs and on using any other form of sound and/or image recording, online recordings of the Training allowing them to be reproduced, unless the Organiser gives express permission for such activities.
The Participant’s breach or failure to comply with the rules referred to in clauses 4.7 and 4.8 may result in the Participant being removed from the Training, without the Participant being entitled to make any claim.
Trainee Account
Persons interested in participating in Training who wish to use the form of enrolment via the website www.cssip.pl must create a Participant account.
The Participant’s Account allows for enrolment in individual Training Courses and also has the functionality of accessing the history of the Training Courses attended and the possibility of generating a Certificate of Training.
The creation of a Participant’s Account is done by filling in the registration form,where the person creating the account is asked to provide specific personal information, as well as his/her email address and individual password for the purpose of logging into the account. An account activation link will be sent to the email address provided by the Participant, which must be clicked to complete the account registration process.
The Participant can delete his/her account at any time by reporting the need to delete his/her account to the email address: adam.malenki@etexgroup.com . The Organiser will delete the account within 7 days of receiving the request.
However, the deletion of the account results in the inability to take the Training Courses to which the Participant has enrolled, no access to the Training and Certificate history and other account functionalities.
Technical requirements for participation in online training
In order to participate in the Online Training, the Participant must have an Internet-enabled device (with a stable connection) capable of receiving video and audio within the software through which the Training will be conducted and must have access to an active and correctly configured e-mail account to which the Organiser will send information concerning the Training, including an activation link enabling the Participant to participate in the Training.
The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the use of the online training service is possible for Users using all common Internet browsers, operating systems,computer types and Internet connection types. However, the Organiser does not guarantee and is not responsible for the fact that every configuration variant of the electronic equipment possessed by the User will make it possible to use the online training service and that it will run without interruption. Subject to the previous sentence, the minimum technical requirements for the use of the online training is a web browser compatible with the Microsoft Internet Explorer standard in version no lower than 11.0. The Organiser shall not be liable for problems resulting from the use of browsers which do not meet this requirement or the impossibility to participate in the online training due to the quality of the equipment, Internet or software used by the User.
Protection of personal data and use of image
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. We would like to inform you that the personal data provided by the Participant will be processed by the Organiser as administrator in order to carry out the training and the benefits related to it. In matters of personal data, whichever Organiser is responsible for the training can be contacted by e-mail: daneosobowe@etexgroup.com The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Participant, the provision of data is voluntary but necessary for the participation in the training course. In the situations provided for by law, the Participant in relation to his/her data has the right to access the data, to request us to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of the data provided to us, the right to withdraw consent, the right to transfer his/her data to another personal data controller. The withdrawal of consent or objection to processing does not affect the previous lawfulness of the processing. If a Participant believes that we are processing their data inappropriately, they may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection as the supervisory authority. Participants’ data may be transferred to entities providing us with the services necessary for the delivery of the training. Participant’s data will be processed for the duration of the training and related services, and after this period for the time necessary for accounting and tax settlements and the duration of rights to assert or defend against claims.
Personal data will not be used for the purpose of automated decision-making or profiling. With regard to the Participant’s consent to the processing of his/her data in connection with the dispatch of the newsletter, the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or the administrator ceases to provide the newsletter dispatch service. The Participant may withdraw consent regarding the newsletter at any time by clicking on the deactivation link received in the body of each newsletter.

Please be advised that the premises of the building in which the Siniat and Promat Training Centre is located are monitored by the building administrator,who is a data controller independent of the Organiser.
The Participant of the residential and distance Training agrees that the Organiser may record his or her image and voice, in particular in photographic and film materials carried out during the Training, and use this image and voice in the Organiser’s information and promotional activities in any form and place of publication chosen by the Organiser.
Other provisions
Any complaints about the training can be reported to the Organiser within 14 days of the end of the Training. Only Training Participants may submit complaints. Complaints submitted after this date will not be recognised. A written form of complaint is required and should be sent to the address: Siniat and Promat Training Centre 20 Matuszewska Street, 03-876 Warsaw or by email to: adam.malenki@etexgroup.com
Complaints will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt and the complainant will receive a response in the same form in which the complaint was made.
The organiser shall not be liable for damage caused by other participants in the training course or by the participant himself. In the event of damage, whether of a material or personal nature, caused by a Participant, the Participant is obliged to make good such damage immediately.
The Organiser is not responsible for the Participants’ belongings left on the premises of the Siniat and Promat Training Centre, as well as in other facilities used by the Participant during the Training.
All information provided by the Organiser during the Training is of an educational nature. The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of this information by Participants in an inappropriate manner.
The Participant acknowledges that the Organiser does not verify the practical skills of the Participants during the Training. The Certificate obtained only confirms the fact of having attended the Training, but is not a confirmation of the Participants’ theoretical and practical knowledge.
All training and sales and marketing materials that the Participant receives from the Organiser as part of the training are covered by the Organiser’s copyright and know-how. Participants may only use these materials for their own use. Copying,reproducing, modifying or distributing these materials in any form or by any means (electronic or mechanical) is prohibited and will incur the obligation to pay compensation to the Organiser.
Any tax consequences associated with participation in the Promotional Training are the responsibility of the person who attended the Training.
Principles of application of the Rules of Procedure
The regulations are effective as of 03.03.2021.
The provisions of Polish law shall apply to the provision of training services and these Rules.
If any disputes arise in connection with the provision of services covered by these Terms and Conditions, the parties undertake to resolve them by means of conciliatory negotiations, and if no agreement can be reached, the competent court shall have jurisdiction to settle the disputes.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if there is a change in the provision of services or if it is required by law or other important considerations.
The Rules and Regulations in their amended form will be published on the Organiser’s website www.cssip.pl along with the effective date of the new Rules and Regulations, which cannot be earlier than 14 days from the date of their publication. Training courses to which Participants sign up before the amended Regulations will be held on the terms and conditions from the moment the Participants sign up.
